Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate with overseas supplier for shipment preparation and execution
  • Coordinate with PPJK for custom clearance process
  • Perform excise tape ordering and supervise the taping process
  • Provide PIB calculation and follow up payment from finance
  • Prepare landed cost calculation and shipment cost estimation
  • Prepare and submit supporting documents e.g. Power of attorney letter, etc
  • Manage all export and import documents as well as regulatory
  • Responsible to manage end to end import administration and its documents
  • Coordinate with the related department about shipment status
  • Create daily, weekly, and monthly report

Qualifications

  • Maximum age 35 years old
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in any field with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) is mandatory
  • Minimum 2 years working experience as import or procurement staff
  • Able to work with internal department, PPJK and vendor (domestic and overseas)
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignment and fast paced deadlines
  • Good in both operation and administration, also familiar to operate MS word, Excel
  • Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill, self-motivated person & hardworking
